By accessing or using evryrun (the "Service"), including our mobile application and website at evryrun.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

evryrun is a community platform that helps users discover running routes, join run clubs, find events, and locate recovery spots. The Service includes social features such as friend connections, messaging, reviews, and activity sharing.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post discriminatory or hateful content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Use automated tools to access the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, suggestions). By submitting content, you grant evryrun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

6. Community Submissions

Routes, events, clubs, and recovery spots submitted by users are reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee that submissions will be approved. We may edit submissions for clarity or accuracy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of route information, safety ratings, or community reviews
• The safety of any running route, event, or location listed on the platform
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• The conduct of other users

You run at your own risk. Always exercise personal judgment regarding safety when using routes or attending events found through evryrun.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, evryrun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services (Strava, RaceRoster, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
