• Reviews and ratings you submit

• Device location (only when you grant permission, used to show nearby routes and events)

• Usage data (features used, pages viewed)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Show you relevant routes, events, clubs, and recovery spots near you
• Enable social features (friends, messaging, activity feeds)
• Display community reviews and ratings

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Reviews: Reviews you submit are visible to all users

• Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Vercel for website hosting
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your Privacy Controls

You can control what information is visible through the Settings page in the app:

• Choose whether your profile is searchable
• Control what the public can see (bio, location, favourites)
• Control what friends can see (activity, bio, location, favourites)
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Children's Privacy

evryrun is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
